“ Excellent dinner last night. We sat on the patio which was spacious and comfortable. We were a party of four and each of our meals were excellent. Service was very good. Great menu which will keep bringing us back. Highly recommend. ”

“ Me and my mom went for lunch we called in advance to make sure their patio was dog friendly and man is it ever! They have little carabiners you can attach a leash to which is awesome especially if your dog likes to move and lay around you don’t have to worry about leash getting tangled around your tables and chairs. They also have a section of the patio that is not dog friendly which I thought was also a great idea. Both our server and the guy that ran us out our food were incredibly friendly drinks were always nice and full. Fish tacos were awesome wish they put a little more of the sauce on but I know to ask for some the next time. And I love how for sides they can do salad or fries and it’s not an up charge like everywhere else great for someone like me who doesn’t like fries. Will be back again! ”

“ Great atmosphere, delicious food and the most delightful drinks! I started with the siesta (pictured below) and the nachos, great combination and hands down the best nachos I’ve ever had. The candied jalapeños and the mango cream sauce were divine. Other notable mentions, whipped feta, pickle chips, and the raspberry gin smash!! Can’t wait to come back! ”

“ We had a great experience at The Commons! The atmosphere is lively yet cozy, and the service was great (shout-out to Ryan at the bar!!). The food was all good, we had the calamari which had a light and crispy batter and a delicious aioli, the smash burger which was super juicy and had a soft brioche bun, and the spinach chicken salad which was sweet, salt, and had a grainy mustard vinaigrette! We'll be back! ”

“ Visited here on a Friday night. It was fantastic. The best meal I’ve had out in a while. We had the whipped feta with beets and almonds as a starter and it was perfect. Very light, airy but flavourful. I opted for the fish tacos for the main and I loved them. Lightly battered, crispy haddock tips, candied jalapeños, avocado and a mango crème. They were bright and balanced. I opted for the house salad on the side with a house made maple balsamic dressing but you could get the home cut fries. My friend had the brown butter haddock (not pictured). She also said it was good. We split about piece of Antoinette’s cheesecake for dessert with Skor and caramel. So decadent. The service couldn’t be any better. Our server was so friendly and kept our drinks refilled. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back. Atmosphere was nice. Lovely pub. It was a little loud when it filled up but not so loud that you couldn't have a conversation. ”

“ We went here for dinner the other night. Nice spot. Lots of indoor seating and patio seating for supper. Our server was super friendly. The food was excellent. She had fish tacos. I had the chicken club. The chicken was battered and fried which was different, for a club. It was on sourdough bread, which was awesome. Overall, a great experience. We'd eat here again. ”

“ Hidden gem in Dartmouth. Excellent service , quality ingredients tasty food. The menu is well put together hard to choose. Whipped feta is a must try , unique. Both main dish Braised beef Sandwich with Spinach Salad and Pan seared Haddock with veggies were very good food is nicely presented. Upscale restaurant with reasonable prices. Tractor accessible parking. ”
